We begin this unforgettable journey in Wellington, before travelling across to the South Island and down the West Coast to Franz Josef and the magnificent Franz Josef Glacier.
We take an exhilarating high speed jet boat ride on the mighty Haast River before continuing on to spectacular Queenstown — New Zealand’s adventure sports capital.
Next stop is Te Anau and Milford Sound to enjoy a spectacular cruise along the full length of this beautiful fiord.
Leaving behind the serene beauty of the Fiordland National Park, we make our way towards Dunedin — New Zealand’s oldest city. Then heading north, we stop and visit the Moeraki Boulders — a bizarre sight of huge spherical boulders scattered across a sandy beach.
Continuing on to Mount Cook National Park, we view the spectacular snow-capped peaks — including New Zealand’s highest mountain. We visit the fascinating Sir Edmund Hillary Centre to learn more about this famous Kiwi’s achievements.
Finally, we make a stop at the quaint stone Church of the Good Shepherd situated on Lake Tekapo, before travelling through the expansive Canterbury Plains to Christchurch.
