What you can expect
The Australia Multi-City Flexi Attractions Pass is a ‘smart card’ – like a credit card with a computer chip inside. It gives you completely cash-free entry to your choice of top attractions and experiences. Simply swipe your card on arrival to enter. It’s that easy!
Once you have purchased your pass online, you will receive a voucher by email. When you arrive at your holiday destination, present your voucher to collect your pass from one of the handy collection points in each participating city. You can start using your pass immediately. Passes are valid for three months from the date of card issue.
The savings on offer with a Australia Multi-City Flexi Attractions Pass differ depending on the attractions you choose to visit, but on average you’ll save up to 40%. It’s easy to calculate the savings:
- Select the attractions you want to visit from those included in your Australia Multi-City Flexi Attractions Pass.
- Check their websites for the cost of general admission or the particular activity included in your Australia Multi-City Flexi Attractions Pass.
- Add up the admission prices of each attraction/activity.
- Subtract the cost of your Australia Multi-City Flexi Attractions Pass from the total.
- The remainder is your total saving.

Does the pass come with a guide?
Yes. You will receive a free full colour, easy to reference guide with your card. The guide provides all of the information that you need about the attractions, along with a handy map.
Do you have a family package or discount?
There is no family package available. Each member of your family will require their own card. However, the savings are still substantial.
Do I have to use my pass on consecutive days?
No. Flexi attraction passes do not need to be used on consecutive days.
Do I need to show ID at the attraction or venue?
No. Your pass is all you need to gain entry to the attraction.
Can I return to the same attraction using my pass?
No. Each attraction can only be accessed once.
Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted this in your guide.
Is transport included?
No. You are required to make your own way to and from attractions.
Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?
Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they will be noted in your guide.
